Where do you ship?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide, and try to offer the most competitive flat rate shipping rates possible to our friends outside of the United States!
Unfortunately due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) which require an in-person representative of the business to reside within the EU, along with additional regulatory documentation requirements that are not currently feasible, we are not able to ship any orders to countries in the EU or EEA effective December 13th, 2024.
- Orders placed before this date are grandfathered in and will still ship (including open preorders), but new orders are unable to be placed to EU/EEA countries at this time.
- We'll monitor the regulations and requirements closely over the first part of 2025 to see what avenues there are to start shipping to the EU/EEA again, but we have to take this step for now.
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping times vary by product, but all U.S. book orders are sent via USPS media mail which typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery. We try to drop off orders daily from Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
For all orders worldwide, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow up to (2) business days for this tracking to show movement since carriers can sometimes miss their initial scans.
I bought a preorder book (yes!) - what's next?
For preorders, the estimated shipping lead time is included in the item description. Typically these take 14-16 weeks, depending on my printer, customs, and freight travel.
Once received and inspected, all book orders are shipped via media mail and shipping is calculated at checkout with that in mind. You'll find my shipping prices for books only are lower than you might expect!
My book arrived damaged (oh no!) - what do I do?
We do our absolutely best to inspect all books before they're shipped, and pack each of them with care and in packaging we've tested to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
If you do receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at contact@emmahamm.com!
Please include the following with your email:
- Photos of the item and issue
- The packaging condition when it arrived
- Any other information to help us!
Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.
If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.
