  • Orders that include a combination of preordered and in-stock items (e.g. Scratch & Dent items, paperbacks) within the same order will ship when all items are in-stock.
  • Considering the preorder timeline for Echoes of the Tide is about one month shorter than Call of the Fathoms, if you place an order containing the Fathoms preorder with this edition then everything will ship when all books are in-stock.
    • If you would like this book to ship before Call of the Fathoms is in-stock, then please place a separate order containing Fathoms.

Return & Damage Policy

At this time, I do not allow returns.

However, if you do receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at contact@emmahamm.com!

Please include the following with your email:

  • Photos of the item and issue
  • The packaging condition when it arrived
  • Any other information to help us!

Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.

If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.

Shipping Info

For preorders, the estimated shipping lead time is included in the item description. Typically these take 14-16 weeks, depending on our printer, customs, and freight travel.

Orders that include a combination of in-stock and preordered items within the same order will ship when all items are in-stock.

  • Preorders are labeled via the item name and the description of the product
  • In-stock items have no "preorder" language
  • Orders that have only in-stock items will ship ASAP.

Once received and inspected, all book orders are shipped via media mail and shipping is calculated at checkout with that in mind. You'll find my shipping prices for books only are lower than you might expect!

I absolutely adore these books! I bought the first three and I'm in love. The books are amazing quality, the foil embossing is out of this world, I felt like I was jumping into the ocean swishing the book around so the light danced on the embossing. The dusk jackets are beautiful and they feel luxury~ overall I'm extremely happy with these books and I can't wait to complete the set with the fourth novel.
