Please include the following with your email:
- Photos of the item and issue
- The packaging condition when it arrived
- Any other information to help us!
Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.
If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.

For preorders, the estimated shipping lead time is included in the item description. Typically these take 14-16 weeks, depending on my printer, customs, and freight travel.
Once received and inspected, all book orders are shipped via media mail and shipping is calculated at checkout with that in mind. You'll find my shipping prices for books only are lower than you might expect!
Beautiful book and story
This edition of Song of the Abyss is beautiful and will look wonderful alongside the rest of the series on my bookshelf 🥰
I absolutely adore the story and the characters. The story was really well written and fun to read.
The hardcover is absolutely beautiful and came in in perfect condition. I already preordered the 3rd books hardcover and can't wait.

I love this book, and this is such a beautiful copy to have for my collection. The character growth in both MCs was awesome to watch, and I enjoyed reading how they grew to love each other.
