PLEASE NOTE - each of these hardcover books are slightly damaged in some fashion (scratches, dents, printing errors on the cover, small binding issues, glue on the cover, etc.), and are FINAL SALE.

  • We do have new dust jackets available as a purchase add-on, giving you the option to have these look as new as possible on your shelf at minimum cost!

No refunds or replacements will be issued for cosmetic issues that occur in transit to the final destination.

All copies come signed by the one and only Emma Hamm, will be packed with the utmost care, and shipped promptly!

Return & Damage Policy

At this time, I do not allow returns.

However, if you do receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at contact@emmahamm.com!

Please include the following with your email:

  • Photos of the item and issue
  • The packaging condition when it arrived
  • Any other information to help us!

Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.

If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.

Shipping Info

Orders that include a combination of in-stock and preordered items within the same order will ship when all items are in-stock.

  • Preorders are labeled via the item name and the description of the product
  • In-stock items have no "preorder" language
  • Orders that have only in-stock items will ship ASAP.

All book orders are shipped via media mail and shipping is calculated with that in mind. You'll find my shipping prices for books only are lower than you might expect!

All other products are shipped through a drop shipping company and they control the shipping. Every order will come with a tracking number.

Orders are typically shipped every weekday that USPS is open.

These editions are stunning, and the scratch and dent part is so minor, you'd barely notice. Was so stoked to get signed copies, what a bonus!

Beautiful & fast

I ordered a darkness so sweet and I must say I love the. Book. It’s high quality and the art is beautiful. It is wonderfully & carefully packaged. I ordered the search and dents, but there were no scratches or dents! Shipping is also unbelievably fast. And I live in Canada, so it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Emma!!
