Return & Damage Policy

At this time, I do not allow returns.

However, if you do receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at contact@emmahamm.com!

Please include the following with your email:

  • Photos of the item and issue
  • The packaging condition when it arrived
  • Any other information to help us!

Once we receive your email with the above, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement if available.

If a replacement is necessary, we may require you send back the damaged item with a prepaid return label we'll provide.

Shipping Info

For preorders, the estimated shipping lead time is included in the item description. Typically these take 14-16 weeks, depending on our printer, customs, and freight travel.

Orders that include a combination of in-stock and preordered items within the same order will ship when all items are in-stock.

  • Preorders are labeled via the item name and the description of the product
  • In-stock items have no "preorder" language
  • Orders that have only in-stock items will ship ASAP.

Once received and inspected, all book orders are shipped via media mail and shipping is calculated at checkout with that in mind. You'll find my shipping prices for books only are lower than you might expect!

I am almost finished reading this I love Arges and Mira! Had a lil hiccup with shipping but that was an error on my end should have double checked. My addresses were combined so it had to be returned. But I love this story and the characters. Everyone was so helpful from the staff to get everything corrected so I could get my copies of Whispers of the Deep and the second book. I also love love the book mark and art prints. Thank you!

I don’t have anything to say except GET THIS BOOK! Everything i received is insanely high quality, i don’t even want to touch it. (But im going to because the book is WONDERFUL.) well written, i love the fmc, everything is perfect. 10/10 no notes!

Lovely Artwork, Writing and World

You can tell a lot of planning, time and thoughfulness went into this book. Loved the artwork, they did a good job portraying the nuances to the undine's bodies and reading about it was just as enjoyable. Will be picking up the rest of the series. Thanks for such a beautifully signed edition. ♥︎

From the first page to the last, it’s hi-def, commercial free, Dolby surround sound, and pass me the popcorn. Lots of drama, action, spice, and of course love—an original everything cocktail that leads to one h*ll of a happily ever after. *** Recommended ***
